3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo with amazing views of sugarloaf. 25 steps from putting on your skis at the trail.
Outside the front door, there is a ski locker, then you enter into the mudroom where there is plenty of room to store your gear. A boot dryer is on the wall to keep your boots warm and dry.
The condo features an open concept front to back living room and eat in kitchen with wrap around island, stainless steel appliances and tile floors. There is a gas fireplace that's perfect for those long cold winter nights.
As you go up the stairs to the second floor, there is a bathroom along with bedroom with a queen bed and cable TV. The Master bedroom has an amazing view of the mountain and full bath with plenty of space.
In the basement, there is a large family room with a reclining sectional sofa with a large HD cable TV. off the living room, there is a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a full bath.
On the back deck, there is a 6 person hot tub that looks up at the mountain where you can relax after a long day on the slopes. (HOT TUB IS NOT OPEN DURING OFF SEASON ~ MAY ~ OCTOBER)
Please note: This property does not have air conditioning. It is very uncommon for ski condos in Maine to have central air. Fortunately the nights are typically cool at the condo and a nice breeze can cool off the unit by opening windows and using the fans provided.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, in the event that Sugarloaf does not open or operate or allow access onto all or any portion of the mountain for all or any portion of the 2020/21 ski season for any reason, including without limitation, weather conditions, fire, catastrophe, pandemic (including COVID-19) and all resulting consequences thereof, or order or regulation of or by any governmental authority or other cause beyond Landlord’s control, Tenant shall not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid rent or other sums paid in advance to Landlord.
